I am Ruth. In 2022, I successfully completed my four-year nursing program. However, my journey to obtaining my nursing diploma faced a significant obstacle—I lacked the financial means to pay for the required internship, preventing me from graduating. My parents were unable to assist me due to my father's disability, which left him unable to work, and my mother's unemployment. Moreover, those who had previously supported me were no longer in a position to provide financial help.
